Givetvis p\u00e5 obegriplig inlandsrotv\u00e4lska. N\u00e4r kapten fattar nada rycker Al p\u00e5 Another Dawn in och \u00f6vers\u00e4tter, de \u00e4r ju \u00e5tminstone fr\u00e5n samma land.<br \/>\nDessa barges, eller pr\u00e5mar p\u00e5 svenska, \u00e4r respekt! 15 &#8211; 20 000 h\u00e4star i maskin och ett paket med \u00f6ver 30 pr\u00e5mar framf\u00f6r sig skapar v\u00e5ldsam turbulens bakom dem n\u00e4r de k\u00e4mpar mot Mississippis 4-knopiga sydstr\u00e4vande vatten. Det g\u00e4ller att fatta vilken sida man skall v\u00e4lja&#8230;<br \/>\nEn 43 fots motoryacht missuppfattade troligen h\u00e4rom veckan, kapsejsade och sj\u00f6nk p\u00e5 5 (!) minuter! Bes\u00e4ttningen blev uppplockad av en annan motorb\u00e5t och alla klarade sig men b\u00e5ten var f\u00f6rlorad.<\/p>\n<p>See ya on the one eller one whistle = port to port = vanlig h\u00f6gertrafik. On the two \u00e4r givetvis tv\u00e4rtom.<br \/>\nSen kan man vara south bound, heading north, going upstream bound for XXX p\u00e5 samma g\u00e5ng och givetvis tv\u00e4rtom. F\u00f6rvirrad? V\u00e4lkommen i klubben!<\/p>\n<p>Idag g\u00f6r vi sista dan p\u00e5 floder, slussar och kanaler innan vi tar en v\u00e4lbeh\u00f6vlig paus i Green Turtle Bay vid Grand River, Kentucky!<br \/>\nP\u00e5 en vecka utan landk\u00e4nning har vi avverkat Mississippi River, Ohio River och avslutningsvis s\u00e5sade vi uppf\u00f6r Cumberland River. \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\nSt\u00f6rsta slussen hittills vid Grand River: 57 fot!
